Hi, After some help and advice. Whilst trying to change near side brake line to the caliper i made a bit of a mess of the job and broke the line. Now looking to sell the 1990 NA, and want to do the right thing for the new owner. Is patching up a good idea or do i buy a complete line from boundville for £62. Many thanks Chris

The solid or flexi line? If solid, then you can patch but i'd just make up a new line for a few quid. £62 sound like daylight robbery

Chris I've recently broke a MK2.5 and removed the complete rear subframe. IIRC They're the same between MK1 & MK2 but it will give you a starting point. I'll try and dig it out and make sure its still intact - I have your number so I will text you when I have it my hand.

Evening Jordan, Thank you very much for your offer but have sourced a suitable kit from evilbay. Had good feed back just going to test my tube bending skills 😂 As I mentioned in the thread looking at selling the car and a boat load of stuff to go with it. Just lost interest in the car/project. Took on more than I can handle so time to cut my losses and let it go. Thanks again for your offer. Chris
