Hi Folks, Werrington Hillclimb entries are now open.
I have put an entry in for both days. I just have to finish the car before the event.
Its almost finished I just hope I can get it Insured Tuned / Mot Tested and Registered before the event. I can always use the car in my profile pic if the silly one is not finished.

Hi Rich, Its got a fast first section followed by some twistys then a blast to the line. There a some good Vids on Utube. Its local for me its only 20 miles from home. They do a barbecue on the Saturday night and some folks camp on site.
Last year I ran the Austin Seven in the Vintage class, this year it should be the ITB Eunos in A3 right at the lower end of capacity in class. I am now almost done with the RS ITB build I have a couple of bits of interior trim to fit back in then give it a check over before it gets a trip to the tuner and MOT test. Then I can get it registered and get the alignment sorted.( At the moment its dodgy DIY wheel pointing ) The suspension needs to settle as its all brand new at the moment. I am sure that I will be buying another set of tyres for it as well. It will get MOT tested on some old Toyos with legal tread. I have a set of NS2Rs on 7" rims but will get a set of Dunlop Blue Response to stick on the OEM BBS wheels.

My Dad is probably doing it in his J2, all being well. It's on 2 and 3 May, and here's the link for anyone interested

Hi boggissimo,
I take your dad is using Werrington as a shakedown for VSCC Wiscombe the weekend after. ( I got slowest time in class with the Austin 7 at Werrington last year ) I am using the Austin 7 at VSCC Wiscombe.

I'm doing Wiscombe too, in the Eunos on the Saturday and then double-driving with Dad on the Sunday. See you there!

Look forward to meeting you in the paddock. I have just had an insurance quote for my project car which should be rolling roaded and MOT tested next week. I hope I can get it registered and taxed in time for Werrington !!

Boo Hoo, Werrington now cancelled probably for the best especially with the motorsports assasins I mean motorsport uk's latest idea of self-scrutineering Rich.

I can't imagine the ban will only last until the end of April either, so expect anything planned for May to be cancelled too.
Trackdays are still running but don't know for how long that will last, if we go into full lockdown...
