New owner on a uk 1.8is NA here and loving it
Not a minter by any stretch but solid and relatively rust free.
We used to have a 1.6 eunos a few years back, no power but loads of fun, always regretted selling it so put that right just last month and haven't stopped grinning since.
Got a few other cars, 205 GTI's running Mi16 engines one on Jenvey TBs the other with an Eaton m45 and a sympathetically modified Impreza Ra Limited that Ive had from new.
