Hi all,

I have seen for sale a hardtop locally to buy so I am gonna take the plunge. However the plug itself on the hardtop is a 4x1 type connection for the NB, whereas the loom plug on my NA by the roof is a 2x1 but MUCH chunkier (So only 3 spade connectors effectively) - is there a existing way I can convert the plug on the hardtop side to the loom or will I have to create something?

You can either cut the connector off and solder on the right one or make a loom to adapt. I had a mk1 and ended up with a mk2 roof so created a loom. I found the instructions on mx5nutz i think . i will dig about and see. I may also have spare connectors.

If I find them I will message you for your address and post them.
