Boot lock failure?

haha!

It has been running remarkably well for something put back together by my soft, keyboard-wielding hands lol


I did manage to get into the boot in the end - I tried the turn it, ease it off, turn it a bit further, ease it off, turn it some more... trick.

I feared a snapped key but it did get me in!


Of course, I was needing to go and do something else right at that moment, rather than attending to it while it was open and 'working', so no doubt it will be just as bad next time... lol


I'm thinking that if nothing else, some graphite (a la a pencil) rubbed on the key would help smooth things up a teeny bit?

come on, give him time..........


maybe remind in a month or six
