Popup healights being odd.
Lights themsleves work fine - high and low beam.
The right hand motor wasn;t working, so i swapped it out for a second hand unit. That one got red hot as soon as it was plugged in - so clearly buggered as well.
So, without a right hand motor plugged in, the left hand one is still doing odd things.
Thhe popup switch doe sthe opposite of what you woudl expect.
Any clues?
These things are getting bloody expensive now. So I am thinking about making them manual... It is pretty much a track day car (not that i have done one for ages) or nice weather car So i dodn;t need them to pop up automatically.
The only other thing is that when i plug in the right hand motor, it makes a single backlight onthe dash be on all the time. Wasnlt sure if that was due to a knackered motor, or something wrong witht he wiring...
