I recently bought an exhaust from Moss just missing out on their current sale. I emailed them asking if they would consider refunding me as it was literally a couple of days. Within a week I got a refund no questions asked.
I've recently seen a lot of threads about poor customer service from certain individuals/companies so this is very refreshing and can't recommend their service enough. The exhaust arrived next day as promised as well.
I recommend everyone go buy something from the massive sale they currently have on, I'll be spending my refund with them as a thank you (nothing to do with getting myself some new parts obviously!).
