Will soon be fitting a torsen diff to my mx5 and figure i might as well fit some poly diff bushes while the diff is sat in the garage. Im after reccommendations as to which ones to buy as ebay has all sorts if different ones. Dont really want to pay loads of money for them either. So what diff bushes do you use??

The standard nutz reply is either OEM or ILM for rubber, or SuperPro for polybushing, as the other polybushes apparently need re-greasing regularly.

I've had the cheaper EBay bushes on both my 5s with never a problem (inc the diff bushes)

for fast road, do people recommend keeping with OEM or going polybush when getting new ones?

I think that a lot depends on personal preference TBH - I've read some people that say that polybushes are just fine for the road, offering more detailed steering feel without feeling excessively harsh or unforgiving, but other people swear that your spine will crumble if you fit them so I think getting a ride/drive in a car with them fitted is a good idea! I ran them on one of my old cars and thought they were fine, it was nice to not have any slack in the system, but equally, I have also refreshed another car with OEM because it was said to be better suited / just fine! Not sure that helps? lol

Ive ordered strongflex yellow diff bushes so will see how they are when they turn up. Not too worried about how harsh they feel as i have a fully polybushed golf with solid engine and gearbox mounts and i used to happily daily drive it
