My car has been booked into Scuzzle for quite some time now. I only phoned them up today to sort out about getting my car dropped off. I was just told the dampers have not arrived and will not be here any time soon as Meister don't even have any. Great! I had a trip planned with my little girl, so I needed this all fitted on the 11th this week. Thanks Meister!
So I now wish to use another company. Please help me decide what to go for - I only have to today to sort this out! My requirements:
1. Has to be comfortable over day to day bumps on the road. 2. Will be used for road use 99% of the time. 3. I want it lower than standard but not slammed to the deck!
Budget £750 max.
Thanks!!

I've just been advised "Gaz gold pro" are good. Thoughts?

I run gold pros on mine. They're good but maybe a bit stiff for road use. BC coilovers are supposed to be good and available from Driftworks but I'm not sure on the comfort levels.

Actually for not slammed the GAZ's should be fine. It's when you runt hem ow they're a bit harsh. You can always change the spring rates later as they sell springs on their own for not a great deal of ££££s.
I just had a full set of used ones which were blown refurbished for less than £150 which is another plus point.

Great thanks! Since ordering the Meisters (or BC) I heard some grumbles about back up and lack of repairs / servicing anyway. So perhaps it was meant to be that I went with a 100% UK company anyway. I asked Scuzzle to get some in

Gaz Gold pros rock just for there servicing I bought a set of mk1s in error for my 2.5 and didn't fit. £170 and 5 days later they were back on in my hands all serviced with mk2 rods swapped in. There fine on the road when you dial them in.
