To multi-quote, on each post you want to quote click on a gear icon at the top right and click 'Select', then click Reply.
What do you mean by reply at top?

I frequent way to many boards. Most uses phpbb-based boards, one uses Discourse and that rocks.... It is modern, not like the BBS like phpbb...
