Yup, the other thing about this area is there are loads of retired people with too much money and too much time on their hands. you can tell them in 2 or 3 year old Nissans and Volvos, pootling about being annoying, visiting waitrose, farm shops and garden centres etc, spending their kids inheritance!
Soylent Green is the answer!

Roads are all pretty busy with motor homes now. West coast of Scotland still has plenty to offer though.
