For the Oil Cooler everyone uses the Mocal kit from Thinkauto. Thanks for the info They have lots of different components on their website: www.thinkauto.com/but no actual 'off the shelf' complete kits, from what I can see. Is there a simple guide for what's needed for noobs like me??

Drop them an email or give them a buzz and they'll put a package together for you.

my brake set up is for road and as much track as i can afford.. which is not alot lol.
rodders pads on front standard pads on rear standard discs motul rbf brake fluid.
if you go fi you might want to think about more than just pads .,and fluid though.
i want an oil cooler too.. and a alloy rad and the rest.. need more funds!!

As said mx5 can go all day on track without issue. Even forced induction mx5 do the same as long as they are built well.
Its the best think about the mx5 for track use.
Ive been running the exocet for 3 years 2 years n/a and this year turbo was only this year running turbo i had issues mainly down to a free turbo i had given to me so not surprised i had to get it rebuilt and mapping since that done 2 track days and 2 sprints with not one problem just upped the power too.
