I picked up super lightweight but probably uncool set of 14" BBS wheels. Came with Nangkang ns2rs IRC. I believe they're OK budget soft tyres, but can anyone recommend something good for summer use in 14x60x185 (probably no track) as these only have a little more life in them. Fitting them tomorrow, so who knows, maybe I'll just get another set of these Nankang things

ha ha No wonder my tyres were a bit too slippy on Sunday, just discovered my tyre pressure gauge is under reading by 6 psi - thought I had 24 - actually had 30!! may not of helped in the wet much but probably would have been better in the dry Im an eejit for not checking them at home

There's a chap on the OC forum selling a brand new unused set for £110, in South Wales.

Thanks Lowender will check it out..
Fitting the wheels didn't go to plan. I thought they would look nicer with some 5mm spacers I had knocking about. But, with spacers fitted my lug nuts sat too far out and the BBS center cap wouldn't do up - D'OH!!!!
So I now need to lose the spacers or get shorter lugs..

Those nankangs are extremly good for the price. They still hold my fastest lap at combe. I'm on semi slicks now.

Completely contradicting my original post on the ns2 ultra sport. They really are great for the price. For the extra 100 pound my ad08r aren't 100 pounds better imo.
