As mentioned in the thread I started on belts, yesterday I jumped the auxiliary belt off the pulleys so today I have been ordering a new belt and various service bits so it hopefully gets through the MOT...

Refitted the flexipipe on the exhaust (blowing a bit) and fitted a new clutch slave plus replaced the clutch master cylinder seals and a nice HEL braided hose. Still was a PITA to bleed!!!

Put some new tyres on it (205 Kumho V70s, many grips), then raised my suspension, stiffened my dampers, cut my arch liners, and abused the lip on the rear arches to stop them rubbing.

It's a bit faster than the micrap that's for certain. Pooed myself a little when putting the foot down for the first time. Also... Clutches... Weird

Took it out for a spin in a car park Nice to meet you albeit briefly, what with competing and helping my mum etc, didn't get much of a chance. would of liked to have sampled your car up close, see if I could convince myself that the BBR gear was enough of a bump for the dough to aid my sprinting efforts next year.

Tried to get my nardi + hub off again. Still wouldn't budge, and hurt my back ffs! I feel your pain, I remember doing mine the first time. In the end, I had both feet out of the car and pulled on one side as hard as I could. Once it's budged the smallest amount, you can clamber back in and get the rest.
