I have a GT86 as my other car. Not much to say - it has been praised enough that I'm not versed in English enough to add anything worthwhile, but it's good as something to replace the 5 when I can't drive it, which is winters. Saying that, the Roadster is still better fun.

Have you tried tattooing someone in it?

No, I've not tried landing a chopper on the roof either sadly.

This, not as often as I'd like And far more often than I'd like, a diesel kia ceed bore-mobile. It is my company car which is getting returned at the end of March I've decided against having another. Hence my purchase of the 5 for a new daily.

2004 Audi A2 - the most versatile car I have ever owned. Really, it is fantastic. 2010 Audi S4 - recenlty replaced a C63, so it is currently a bit disappointing, but much less likely to kill me

Golf GTE plug-in hybrid whatsit Not too sure how it stacks up against the claimed green credentials and not too worried either. Five months in and I really do quite like it.

A mk1 Leon FR with a remap. It's considerably quicker than my MX5 in a straight line. But it definitely wouldn't see which way the MX5 went around a track.

apart from the pair of Mk1's i also have Jaguar XJ-C 4.2 1977 bought as a rolling project two and a half years ago. Floors and cills replaced and a bit of a mechanical overhaul carried out. Now MoT'd and hooning around in true Sweeney style. Jaguar XJR-TWR 1990 4.0 6 pot. nearly four years of true pimp based ownership, jet black with blacked out glass, looks proper sinister. Was a former pick up car for a London recording company and has allegedly had a few famous rear canoes planted in its Connelly hide. Jaguar XKR Convertible. 1998 4.0 Supercharged V8. 3 Years into this one and a potential lifer. Lovely piece of kit and the youngest car i own!! Intercontinental wafter, Calais to St Tropez in 8 hrs and 16mpg . wasnt too keen at first, coming out of a slightly modded XJR it didnt quite feel the same. A couple of backboxes to unleash the V8 burble soon changed that . oh, and a Vauxhall Ashtray works vehicle

Our family hack is a Mk4 Golf 1.4 bought for £650 on the basis Mrs Precision was a new driver and it wasn't worth having anything nice as she'd only end up dinging it. The silly thing is it was only intended to last a year but it's been very reliable so we ended up keeping it. Reliable it might be, but it's also very dull to drive

Over winter, a Citroen Dispatch Van, bought as transport for racing.
Other half has a 14 plate Juke, which I quite like, and we have a dodgy Yaris, as I want to get shot of the van now.
The Yaris i'm intending to rally slag to annoy the wife....

Jag with a failing DMF soon to be replaced with probably a nissan qashqow or some sort of lexus thing. 2l+ turbo diesel motorway eater with a half-decent interior. other suggestions welcome.
I'd replace my silver car too but I just can't find a better car than it lol (the mk1s are too garage queen to be dailies)

I have a Volvo S60 T5 whilst I'm working in the US. It's comfy, fairly quick and utterly boring. But was good in the snow.
