I managed to drive it up and down our road half a dozen times, and have immediately fallen in love again. Let's see what happens on Monday before i get too carried away.

Well, that was a bit disappointing.
Almost exactly what I had before.
He said my injectors are a bit iffy - not fuelling consistently. I haven't touched them at all, so they were out of the engine for a long time.
Will replace them, but that is more about funnily and being able to run it a bit less truck rather than any more power.
Then the turbo ran out of puff.
There was a release of gas from somewhere near the turbo at the very top end, so I'm going to look at the manifold and turbo gaskets, and the hardware as well.
So, back to where i started (2bhp more). A bit pissed off.
But it didn't blow up.

I nearly did when I saw the puff of smoke from the engine bay... I can't see it in the video on my phone, need to get the laptop out to look at it properly. |

Annoying. On the other hand getting something better than the yellows is a good thing.
And you probably have a much better, smoother map now? If so its easy just adding boost later on.
