I'd love to do Japfest but it's the weekend of my dad's 60th so might be a no go. I'll let you know though dude. I've been to Japfest when it was at Combe but not at Silverstone.

Yeah man it was. I'm 100% in if we do a club thing again. Though I'm a fair bit lower so might be a struggle to get in haha.

Another thing ticked off the list! A full set of Dunlop Forumla-R's. They're pre-worn but have plenty of life left. You'll never guess how much I paid for them... a shiny penny for the closest guess! (clue: it was very, very low)  |

I was only in my mate's van and had to be in and out pretty quick. Nearly 5hrs of driving to get tyres haha

Worth it though for a tenner! When I had my mk2 I drove 3 hours to get a set of cheap wheels I never even used haha.

Did a couple of bits over the week/weekend. Unsure on the stripes, not sure if it's the wheel colour or what. The stripes are proper bright, deep yellow in person, the photo does a pretty poor job of showing them well.   Gratuitous front end Friday..  Also my ghetto-as-balls stereo system  |

Ah a UE BOOM 2, we've got one they're awesome.
Are the stripes same colur as the sunstrip? Looks good if they are.
Some yellow wheel badges required now?

It is LOUD man! I was worried that it would get drowned out by the exhaust but it actually puts up a good fight haha
They're slightly brighter, I'm gonna get the sunstrip done in the same vinyl so they match properly. I'm not sure what to do about the wheels, I think I need my fat tyres fitting and to get it sat properly as the ride height is all over the place at the moment.
