I've had no front plate for years on so many cars.

I got pulled up on it once, quite a while back, I was working from home and had to pop out in the car, I normally never drive my car during the day on weekdays. There was a spot check where they were pulling people over and I got pulled over and got given a ticket, except it wasn't a ticket, it's notification that I will receive a ticket. However, the officer told me that Met police "outsource" all their traffic tickets and traffic work to one site in Sidcup that is apparently overwhelmed, so the likelihood of me ever receiving a ticket with a request for payment of a fine in the post is highly unlikely. As of yet, still not received a ticket, and I think the 6 month mark will go by very soon.

I put the plate back on for a little while after that, then I bought a smaller front sticky plate online, when it arrived I realised my real plate is smaller than the smaller one I had ordered, so I laughed then just removed the plate again.
