After being messed around I've now been told centre caps are not available. Meh!
So I will either live with the Motorsport hole or improvise a solution. There must be other brands with a similar size hole.

I bought mine via the official Enkei website which pointed me towards a dealer called Hyper Sport. Unfortunately I won't be using them again as their customer care is appalling. Getting an answer to an email requires six chasing emails spread out over weeks. So I have given up with them now. Their last words were "none available in my size of 15 inches"

Yep I'll have a quick measure when it gets back. No big deal. Maybe I'll get used to the Motorsport look anyway.
