Help peoples, I am going slightly mad.
Currently running pure H2O due to my earlier leak issue, but last night was... frosty... so time to sort out coolant / antifreeze ASAP.
But...
Some say any is fine:

Some say Red stuff is fine:

but apparently we shouldn't use Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolant (the red stuff) because it eats copper in the heater matrix (??) and apparently we shouldn't use silicate-based either:

We should apparently instead use Ethylene Glycol-based without silicon?

such as this one?

Or Mazda Super Coolant?

Or is this CarPlan stuff okay, as it doesn't mention silicate??
www.wilko.com/car-maintenance-products/carplan-blue-star-anti-freeze-and-coolant-1l/invt/0296722
(although their website says it is "Using IAT technology":
www.carplan.co.uk/index.cfm?product=113)
Or this Prestone one at Tesco says it is silicate-free?
www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/259578725
but looks to have "patented Cor-Guard™ inhibitors":
prestone.com/products?detail=AF2000
I can try to get to a Mazda dealership tomorrow but it's a PITA to do so. ECP's website is as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it comes to descriptions of their blue/red stuff, and Halfords only stocks Glycol Ethylene non-OAT with silicate or OAT without silicate...
Is it definitely the case that we need Ethylene Glycol, non-silicate, non-OAT?
This makes my head hurt...
Thanks in advance, kind people!!
TL;DR - what's the coolant the Mk1 needs??
