Might be an idea to list what handy spares you are carrying.
Me: The usual spare space saver wheel, jack, plus...
Small black towel (cleaning window, drying seat, protecting my girl from a hot seat, various uses).
CD pouch (until I upgrade my stereo).
Water bottle and cereal bar.
Other things I will add...
Screw drivers, allen keys, spanners, zip ties, gaffa tape. Plus a paper road map in case my phone dies.
What do you, or intend to carry?

About 5 litres of rain water..... so nothing but oil and a pump until I fix it.

normal space saver + basic tool kit, plus breaker bar with an appropriate socket for the wheel nuts on it.

6 packets of super noodles, for when I don't get chance to go out for lunch at work
multipack of wet and dry and a Tupperware of water for lunchtime bodywork repairs
packet of zipties and a roll of black tape for lunchtime wiring loom tidying
Selection of tools required for lunchtime 'next on the list' minor job

Normally,oil space saver jack socket set spanners mole grips screwdrivers duct tape self amalgamating tape fuses multimeter and diagnostic diode But of to Wales for herself's birthday so spacesaver if is in the garage everything else is in a ruck sack jammed up the space saver space, a small overnight bag with my clothes and a Canoe off big case full of shoes (hers) we are going for four days!!!!!

In my daily;
Spare wheel (full size), and associated tool kit/jack, spare bulbs, a few basic tools (screwdrivers, sockets etc), an umbrella, a jacket, a torch, and a hi viz.
In my weekend car;
Jack, locking nut key, microfibre and a bottle of quick detailer (and a an Allen key and spanner to let me remove my exhaust bungs when I want to go deaf).

Petrol Can (empty) Inflator and Goop (stupid NCs have no spare ...) Lithium Jumpstarter/Portable battery thing? Bike Suckermount Locking key, towing eye Blanket (naturally its a checked brown one ...) Need to add oil/water No point carrying tools, I'd have little idea what to do with em.

jump leads because this thing eats batteries regularly
