Hi Mighty5s,

My name is Dave and together with another Dave (to keep things simple) we run DaveFab.

We specialise in the design and fabrication of bespoke components, making one-offs or short production runs.
Amongst other things we produce manifolds, exhausts, strut braces, airboxes, sheet metal brackets and radiator panels. We design everything in CAD and wherever possible have parts laser cut before TIG welding them together. Parts can be made of steel, mild steel, aluminium, titanium or inconel – whichever is appropriate for the part and the budget.

My mk1 mx5 gets used for development and testing new ideas, we’re looking forward to adding boost to it with a new tubular manifold soon - can't wait.

The Rad fan shroud looks cool and I guess it look even better with a aluminium rad.
But I seem to have a problem if I get the IL cold air feed as there saying the alloy rad to big.
Think the could air feed would also hide the rad shroud hmm.
