elow is all the information on my Eunos Roadster up until now. Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything, however I wouldn't be surprised if I have, as I haven't really documented anything I have done with it!!
I purchased the car in February 2014 after getting rid of my previous MX5 6 months earlier to replace it with a Megane RS250. The Megane was great, however at the time I wanted to do more track days, and tyres for the Megane were £180 each, brake discs were £250 a side for the fronts, so costs would have added up quickly. This was when we decided to get another MX5!
My previous car was a Mk1 1.8 which I had replaced all the suspension components (coilovers, bushes etc.) and fitted a supercharger too. When looking around we found a reasonable price car up for sale in Derby, no visible rust on the sills just a huge tear in the drivers seat. Drove up there, paid for it and started the journey home... only to find out I had no radio, as it still had the original unit in it which would only tune into Japanese FM frequencies.

Got the car home, and first thing I did was fit a rollbar that I had already purchased locally. This wasn't too much of a struggle, however I should have done it on my previous car so just took a while to complete as I had no idea what I was doing!!

Along with this, I got hold of some 15" wheels cheap as I found there was a better selection of tyres available in those 15"

As the car was rust free at the time, I also bought an underseal and cavity wax kit. Cavity wax was applied straight away, the underseal........is still in a box in the shed
After this, the next thing on the list was to sort out the stereo, as having some music to listen to on longer journeys is nice, and the current stereo just didn't work for that. Fitted a new Pioneer headunit, which was much smaller, sounded better and had more functionality!

Along with this, the door speakers were replaced with some Fli 6.5" speakers, cheap but they worked well enough in the previous MX5 I had, so figured they would go ok in this too (Which they still are!)

In June 2014, I booked myself onto a trackday at Abingdon airfield, first time out in this car. It all went well, car was keeping up with/catching others in the corners, just got left for dead by almost everything on the straights, but that was expected. Only issue we had on the day was after 7-8 laps the needle on the water temp was rising above half way, after a cool down lap it was fine, but I invested in a bigger radiator.

After that, not a lot happened with the car for 6 months or so, as we moved house so money was being spent elsewhere and it just got used as and when for drives out, and the occasional meet.
Come December that year though, I saw some coilovers come up for sale....so I bought them

These were P5 PureDrives (i think). The car was previously on the standard shock with autolink springs, and whilst ok it did seem to lean a lot through corners, and the suspension travel wasn't ideal. After fitting these the car felt much better straight away. Got it aligned and it started to remind me of where my previous one was. So after a few weeks, I saw some brakes come up for sale, and decided I had to have them, as I had been eyeing them up for the previous car.
Now the discs were a little bit bigger than the standard Mk1 1.6 brakes on the front....

And the calipers to go with them were a bit bigger too.

Along with this, the kit also came with an uprated Wilwood master cylinder which was fitted. The brakes felt much more solid on the pedal after this, and also made the car stop a lot quicker! The only problem was, to drive the car after fitting them I also needed to purchase some new wheels, as the ones I had no longer cleared the brakes...

After this the car was driven a bit, then parts for supercharging arrived. First the ME221 ecu, which I installed on the car whilst still N/A so I could check everything worked ok, which it did, then slowly bits trickled in. Intercooler, Mini cooper s superchager, TR Lane brackets. After a while everything was fitted to the car, and a base map applied. This worked well for a few months, but after that I decided that I should take it to a rolling road and get it mapped properly. After Skuzzle spending the morning fitting the IAT, then trying to work out what maths we needed to get it working with the ME221, it got mapped, and showed 155hp at the wheels. Now unfortunately, I can't compare this to before supercharged, as the place I normally did rolling road runs shut down a month after this, so I have never been back.
The car felt much quicker though, torque everywhere which was great. Not a lot really changed on the car after that for around a year. June this year, we finally replaced the drivers seat with a Corbeau DFX. It was really comfy, and fits on the rails with a bit of modification. Also quite a bit more supportive, and quite a bit less ripped!

Went to order another a few months back to be told that they don't make them anymore. This was very disappointing. However after some chasing around, it seems they just make batches, and they appear to be available again now so I need to get another ordered ASAP!
Today was a big change on the car though. I have removed the superchager kit. This is because I would rather focus on getting the car handling properly, sorting out some better coilovers etc. Then, I need to track it more. It was bought to do track days and I have done 1. This isn't good enough.
Hopefully more updates will follow, even if they are only small things
