I'd love some but they are really tricky to get hold of as you all know! Is there any reason no one in the U.K. has ever done them? Expense? Tricky to do or am I the only one with such little taste to actually want some??

Is their light output actually any good?
Being able to see is always highest on my list of things I want from lights, and stuff like the Low-Pro lights never seem to look particularly bright in pictures lol

I'm ashamed to say and I'm genuinely not being sarcastic...I didn't actually think of that!
I just think they look cool!

And what about 'lights go up lights go down'.

And what about 'lights go up lights go down'. Totally agree with Mr Minty . . . Pop ups on the NA are all part of the charm. The low level pop ups work and look a bit naughty ! Just my opinion.

Yeah, it does, but I fancy the one light up 'wink' mod instead. Anyway, sorry for hijacking OP, those flush lights can look cool and I was was being tongue in cheek about pop ups (kinda)

I might like the pop ups if I could see over them when I was driving...

I think, and I could be completely wrong on this. The standard NA headlight is a little bit pants and offers no real reassurance at night as to what is in front of you. The NA is a old style car with a old style approach, I'm getting to learn the NA and haven't even got mine on the road yet, so what do I know ? The pop ups do hinder the view when up. If you don't like the pop ups you could drive during the day or you could always buy a MK2. As ever, just my thoughts and opinion

It's my body composition you massive bugger 32" inside leg but barely 5ft 9. That and the fact pop ups are so 80s. My car is a 90s car. I'm a stickler for details...
