4:1 or 5:1 compression ratio. bet it'd turbo nicely. I would not let that bunch of Hicks anywhere near my 1934 side valve Austin Seven engine. Butchers with big hammers !! I do all my valve guides with a Kitchen Range and deep freeze. Warm the block in the range to warm and expand it an chill the guides in a ziplock bag in the freezer. They go in with a stepped brass drift very nicely. I do the Alloy BP4W vave guides the same way without the need to use a drift as the ally head expands more than cast iron. I both cases the block or head is put back in the range and left to cool down very slowly.
