Sounds like a good idea to me. But then i have never been stupid enough to smoke. Ignoring the tobacco part of it, can you imagine them banning something you like and aren't offended by, in the same fashion ? as in, with a creeping age barrier ? Notice how in the UK they started pushing the limits of what a historic car could be... heh. Hence my "i've never smoked" comment. There are not many things that are as corrosvie as smoking. It has negatively affected my life, it is not something i do, and on balance is not something i think people should do. There is no good argument for smoking other than 'becuase i want to' or ' bwahhh freedom bwahhh' Everybody has their own view on it. You expressed yours, i expressed mine... |

What I find bizarre is the thing this lays out which is that in about 30-40 years, half the population will be allowed to do something that the other half won't be, and the split will be as arbitrary as being born in a jan or a december.
Equally I ponder if my 89 eunos will ever become a classic car by the legal definition, or will they mickey mouse it [shifting dates..]

Cutting it out for peopel before they have a chance to start is easy. sensible way to limit the 'bwwaahhhh' prarrie canoe storm. |

I had a distributor cap on my engine like the one Zed posted up.
