I once drove a 1.1 Metro from Bristol to Valencia in a 38 degree heatwave. A 3 door, only the front side widows opened, and ventilation was non existent. I got heatstroke and broke out into an itchy rash. I had to borrow a pair of my wife's silk knickers to be able to drive. Caused fear and loathing at a service station in France when I got out of the car, covered in red blotches, in french knickers, and scuttled around like Quasimodo due to the hideous offset driving position. Truly horrid little car. Someone nicked it once, but sadly returned it the next day. Actual LOL at that mental image

Nice to see bikes moving over for cars. When I catch a bike up, they very rarely move over. However, I always move over if I see one behind me & catching.

I've got several biker mates into the 1l+ sport bike stuff and having done some trips with them, I tend to be looking for bikers everywhere, trying to make space so they can make progress.
