Okay, I'm just fooling around. I can't even do any English accent, let alone this. Will have to work on it a little. Anyway, lots of stuff happened in the last year and as a result today I've found myself in Leeds with a couple of bags and no return ticket home as my home will be here now. New job starting here in a week and it all seems a little bit unreal. My old 5 back in Latvia is put in a garage and I'm looking forward to buy another one here, probably won't happen overnight as I will need something more practical now, but still hope to get one soon and get to a meet or two. Well, that's it. If anyone is around Leeds and wouldn't mind a pint give me a shout as being a day fresh immigrant I'm a bit of Billy no mates right now

"Fancy a gauge?" (pronounced "gaydge") means "Would you like a beer?" btw.

I just moved out of Leeds after 5 years there, it's a really nice city! Where abouts are you living?

How are you getting on so far, and what's your new job in the UK?
If you can make it over to Wales for 5Fest, I'm sure someone can pick you up from the nearest public transport station if you haven't got a car sorted yet.
Might be a nice way to say hi?

Sorry, work has started and I've been immediately buried in taking over a project from a guy who's leaving in a few days. Exciting times! I'm working in IT, cloud shmoud stuff. I'm in North Leeds, Meanwood for a month or two until I find a house and I really like it here. Leeds is really nice.
NurseHoliday, that would be fantastic, but with lots of stuff still to sort out I'm afraid I'll have to pass this time. Hope to have a go next year!
And SloMant, thanks for all the advice you gave me!
