ME221 installed and tuned Injector Dynamics 1050cc injectors installed 120hp at the wheels (144hp at the fly). Skuzzle said it’s the strongest 1.6 engine he’s seen, chuffed with that!  Look at that torque curve! |

Was this with the AEM setup, too ?
Also, did you find out what your max duty was on those injectors ? (lol)

AEM Wideband 30-0300.
Not sure what DC the injectors are running but there’s is a LOT of headspace even in 2 sheen when it’ll be pushing 250/260hp with the turbo.

That is quite impressive. What intake And exhaust have you got? Same whp as me with a mk2 1.8 and Jackson Racing Cold Air intake Not sure exhaust brand. Think it’s an MX5parts dual exit. Intake, it runs off the ME221 Air intake temp sensor with MAF disconnected, but MAF is still in place with a K&N cone. Could’ve made a few more ponies if the MAF was deleted. |

Not bad! Why did you go for mental injectors? Going turbo in te next 2 weeks and even though I could've used smaller injectors, I really don't want to stress them. So I rather have a big injector barely working instead of a small injector working it's tits off. |

Excuse my ignorance but am I right in saying that you would’ve achieved similar results with standard injectors? (Obviously no use for the turbo but if you were to stay NA)

Depends on the engine though, this one is a peach. Would be even more amazeballs with cams.

That’s ridiculously strong for a 1.6, I bet it’s had some work done on it by a previous owner. If so, lucky! It’ll be epic with a turbo.
