Just thought I'd post this up. Bit of a work in progress. I'm no graphic designer, so there's plenty not quite right with it. It's basically tracing over an existing image. I hope in the next week or so to arrive at a decent result of my NC1. Not too sure how much detail to add. Don't want too much, going for a more minimalist approach. B&W or flat colour, no gradient/shading. I'll update this thread as I progress. In the end, I want to get a full set of Mk1, 2, 3, & 4. Ideally to include Mk2.5, NC1, NC2, & NC3. I'll have to wait for a few meets to get some source images though.

I haven't done anything like this for years. I kind of lost my creative streak. I've found myself getting back into it recently. I find it quite good for de-stressing (that and PC games).
When I did the 5Fest design, about this time last year, it got me back into mucking about with design type stuff.
I bought Affinity Photo about 18 months ago as I was looking for an affordable alternative to Photoshop/Lightroom since they went subscription only. I found out that Serif also did a vector graphics package, Affinity Designer. Since buying that software, I've found it easier and easier to use, the more time I spend with it.
