Fitted the mk2.5 wind breaker today easy peasy! Retained the s sp brace fitted up underneath utilising bolt poppers for tonneau cover. So get a wind breaker, extra storage in the pouch and a perch for elbow for easy 1 handed roof lift. Result. Photos later.

Looking good.
I spotted your RX7 in the Castle Combe paddock at the end of June while I was doing a trackday in my Mini Cooper S. I think I spotted you chilling out on the bank at Camp.

Dont know if i mentioned it on here but worth sharing the knowledge. Since resto and on road the car had a 2krpm cruise stutter. No leads from googling as to what it was so replaced iacv, ect, brand new coil pack cas, ecu, and took the immobilser out , countless idle learns code reads etc, then i started looking at TPS and found there is an idle switch incorporated in TPS that should go open circuit just as you open throttle butterfly. Mine was staying closed til 2krpm, quick adjustment all good. The ecu was showing signs of prior water damage, really thought id found the smoking gun, painstaking soldered in new ecu plugs as these where all corroded too. First piccy is new ecu repositioned with extended loom plugs. 2 n 3 damage found.

Nice cat! Holy smelly brown noodle re: water damage to ECU. ouch Worth working out what the cause of the water damage is too - water, obviously, but something evidently wasn't draining. Check under carpets for wet base layer. I found issues with one of my cars at the top of the rubber strip where it meets the window, the rubber had warped a bit and wasn't draining smoothly. Photo here: trull.org/alex/media/pics/car/mx5/bluena/mx5_headliner_drain.jpgThis not being clear kept sending water the wrong way (into the car instead of out over the window) and it kept going beneath my carpet. which is very close to the ECU
