I've seen that a few people have mentioned they've fitted these (atlex , rustywheels , marc87 , and others??), and having seen how quiet they make door closing on another 5 the other week, I'm thinking I should just get some!

There appears to be a few versions, though...

all of which look to have varying degrees of thickness and external dimensions (and the Kenauto one mentions it might need 'shaving' to fit...)

None of them look similar to the OEM item!

Wind a few turns of insulation tape around your existing block, when it is too much your door won’t shut. Then see if it makes any difference (it did for me),then bask in the thought of how much money you have saved....

They've been good so far. On the white car, no issues, on the blue car the doors take a bit more effort to shut.
