Phenolic intake gasket for sale. These help to reduce inlet manifold temps by insulating the manifold from the heat of the cylinder head. Brand new £15 + £5 postage. Can be collected from Watford in Herts if you'd prefer.

The Americans seem to have tried them and seen lower inlet temps so probably worth it

I can't tell you how much difference it makes in terms of power, but the inlet manifold is definitely cooler with one fitted. I have the Hondata phenolic gasket fitted on the current project.
