Hi Guys,
In need of some help...
My clutch re-engages if i have my foot pressed down, so i swapped the slave cylinder and replaced the master to slave crazy hose with a braided one, bled it all but it still does the same thing!!
Its driving me mad now, so is there anything obvious i have missed before i now replace the clutch master?
Oh and as a side note for my frustration the power steering seems to be whinnning at me too..Oh the joys.....

Are you absolutely certain you have got all the air out
To do mine I actually pushed back on the slave cyl with the bleeder open
I think air gets trapped in the slave
The rest of the linkage is mechanical so I can’t think of any other way it would reengage unless something has come adrift but then I would expect it not to work at all

I would guess your slave cylinder is leaking fluid, under pressure pressure, back towards the master ? that's my barely mechanical brain guess. still sounds like slave cylinder  despite you replacing it. |

Ill bleed it every way possible hopefully will sort it. I bought it from a good friend who had just changed the clutch before i bought it and he didn't actually drive it after. Thought it just needed bleeding but the slave seemed soggy so thought i'd go for a refresh anyway, ill try go again and full flush. |

Yeah that's also how i think! ill get back under it and have a good eye over it all at the weekend i think. |
