Chaps and chapessesses....
I've done a few track days in the '5, and have ranged from taking a full support vehicle to nowt but some oil!
I'm planning on doing more and at tracks further away, which mean staying over a night or two, and with the other half which means space is at even more of a premium (that's not to say she's a porker!).
I need to pack efficiently, so what will i need? Other than my RAC card and credit card!
3/4in socket set (6 to 20mm ish iirc) Spanners (6 to 17mm) Hex/torx/philips/flat driver bits Wheelbrace Oil Brake fluid Jack/stands/chocks set
The plugs are fairly new, but for the cost, worth having a spare set?
Anything else? What don't I need?
I'd like to thin the above down as much as possible and have it in the boot all the time ideally, or at least when I'm doing anything more than commuting.

I've got a foot pump, tyre gauge and socket for the wheel nuts. But it's just a road car and it's just incase after a slow puncture a few weeks ago. Probably no help

Oil Coolant + 5L Water Brake/Clutch fluid Windscreen Washer fluid Jump leads Electric air pump Bag of mixed fuses Spare brakelight/indicator bulbs Spare Auxiliary belt Spare 'cursed water plug' Locking wheelnut key thing Jack (Standard item) Spare wheel (Standard item) Extendable Wrench with bolt that fits the wheelnuts Full Halfords socket set Ratchet Spanners Screwdriver set Kitchen roll A small towel Roll of plastic (to lay on if needed lol, or to wrap something up / try to waterproof something) Gaffa tape Hi-viz jacket/trousers Rod Granger (Grainger?) / RAC Manual Mapbook Torch Suncream Sunglasses Recovery documents Phone charger Earplugs A pen and paper
I think I have all bar the spanners / wrench / hi-viz in the car day-to-day... and the latter two I need to add!
The Halfords socket sets fit perfectly in the recess in the boot (and does have some ratchet spanners in it!)
Should probably add a First Aid kit to that as well, but I have a feeling I will need more than a couple of plasters and a bandage if I do ever crash it properly... lol
