Hello all, I have acquired some TSI and also some Led switchbacks so I can get sidelight and indicators.
The led switch backs have a couple of wires that go to a resistor and a single spade connector. According to some instructions on the moss website all I need to do is connect the spade with a t tap to the +ve on the sidelight wire. Is it that right? Anyone got TSI who can advise would be appreciated.

if there's a resistor it's probably to avoid hyperblink.... have you considered doing the R1 mod ?

I've not heard of it. ... What is that? Goes to Google...

I've not heard of it. ... What is that? Goes to Google... It's a mod you do to the indicator relay. You replace the R1 resistor, which is 5.6KOhm with a 1Mohm one - this stop the hyperblink and you can then run LEDs wherever you like and the indicators and hazard function won't go superspeed.

Thanks for the info, from the thread hyperlink seems common after fitting LEDs so I'll probably need to get some 1M resistors. I guess my initial question is if I t tap into the +ve of the sidelight (as per the instructions) how will the new led bulb 'know' when I have activated the indicators to flash off from white to amber.
