I'm preparing to get some tyres on my SSRs and I need valves. I've got some 949 ones which are super-light but I don't think they're really suitable for this style wheel because the point where the valve goes in isn't flat, it is on a curved section of the (tiny) dish.. and the 949 valves only have one rubber seal on the inner side of the valve. I can't seem to find a UK/EU stockist of SSR's own valves - although I can buy them online in $ heh: www.more-japan.com/ssr-valve-svi-3.htmlwww.ebay.co.uk/itm/131743682066 looks close and might be appropriate... thoughts ?

I seriously wouldn't see any function or benefit difference of the outer rubber, which just perish anyway, over the 949 or other makes of screw in valve. These are all designed to squash into the mounting hole tightly, curves should not matter, many rims are curved. The 949 valve is not special, only made in Ally, it is a very common design.
