Nice B Good looking car. How does it sound, Have you just a single MGB backbox fitted ??
It will still not be as fast as a well sorted and tuned B series not as much torque either. ( Unless you have a Supercharger or Turbo hidden ) It will rev higher though and be easier to live with. It used to be Fiat or Lancia twin cams that ended up under a MGB bonnet in the 1980s I knew of one B roadster with an Osselli engine that would do 140 MPH. My old one was too low geared and I had to watch the rev counter on long drives as it would redline in overdrive top it was impossible to drive at a steady speed under 35 Mph It would either speed up or slow down, The joys of a high compression gas flowed cammed and webber carbed 1967 car. My Ex wife managed a 47 mile drive in 25 mins. Average speed 112 MPH in a 1967 ragtop !!! Google says its a 49 min drive nowadays.

Full custom stainless system fitted, not stock exhaust. Sounds subtle, to be honest.
