Has anyone got one? I'm after a motorsport style one and with pretty much everything and anything these days... I don't wanna pay too much for it! Can anyone recommend one? There are loads on eBay but I'd rather buy knowing it won't be crap. Thanks

I bought mine from Motorsport tools. It was the wrong thread but nothing a bit of electrical tape could sort!

Yep, I also got one from Motorsport tools, for a Mk2 Escort I think. The thread is the wrong pitch, so either run a tap down it, or if you're cheap/lazy use some elbow grease and re-tap it straight onto the gear stick.

If you don't want to faff with re-threading, Tegiwa sell them in white and black

Got mine from ebay for a mk.2 escort and ran a tap down it, still didnt fit fantastically I must say, but its on.
I like the look, feel and weight of it. just a good size and shape in the hand can give a nice positive shift with it.

Holy thread revival batman! Has anyone found one of these that is a perfect sphere shape rather than as in the picture above that is necked down to meet the gaiter? Googled my little tits off and can't seem to find one :/

That seems expensive for what it is. I'd be happy just buying a plain nylon sphere and drilling/tapping myself, but still struggle to fine them!

I'd love a workshop with a Harrison m400 and a Bridgeport mill. Those two and a butterfly press and you can manufacture damn near anything from scratch.
