Oh Mighty Ones. The room fuse on my car was a 15A. Standard, it's a 10A. Most head units / amps use a 15 or 20A. Which should I use? Considering that the electric aerial, interior lights and audio are run through it, 10A seems a bit small.

I'd go with the 10a, the worst that can happen is that it blows and you really do need a 15a one.
but you're not exactly powering a kettle and vacuum cleaner at the same time...

Cheers Alex. I've ordered a massive box of fuses. So I'll start with 10A and work up. Sadly you've ruined my big surprise for my next mods
