Came across this place after seeing some tags on Instagram, I previously joined another forum named something similar to mx5macadamias but didn't post that much simply because since I got the car in 2014, I've had very few issues (I've fecked that up now eh) and not really changed it much since. I spent far too much time (and money) canoeing about with my last car and posting on forums rather than driving it and didn't fancy repeating that . The NA is my only car and it gets at least 3-5k a year which is way more than before, I saw some posts on the 5fest event you guys had recently and thats something I'd be up for the next time round, maybe not the camping part mind...

So the car is a 1992 Import NA6CE S-Special Type I in brilliant black with 190KM on the clock, standard apart from an aircon delete, Blitz SUS Power Intake, De-Cat and a prarrie canoee £10 ebay "jdm style" shifter (because the leather Nardi shifter was missing when I bought the car ).

It's had some work on the one of the sills and wing previously 2-3 years back but its looking like some attention in that area is possibly due. Its had a replacement hood, water pump (preventative maintenance), new denso radiator after the plastic on the last one exploded quite dramatically. Rear Bilstiens have been re-sprung, new Dunlops all round and I think thats pretty much it.
Apart from the above Plans/Fixes are:
#Decent Alignment, nothing really wrong with how it feels currently (neutral) but after getting new tyres all round its something I want to get right for how want the car to feel.
#Either a new clutch or some adjustment is required as the bite point is mega high and noticed some slip between 2nd and 3rd.
#Nardi Deep Corn 330 or 350mm to replace standard 370mm Nardi, can't decide which size but need something closer.
#R-Package Style front lip
#Maybe a header or cat back, Fujitsubo Power Getter or HKS silent Hi-Power is the kinda of volume I'd be looking for but probably well out of luck getting hold of one.
#BBS's need a refurb, typical nasty hallmarks of water between the lacquer and the diamond cut surface. I'll get these powder coated most likely.
#Paint correction, if I can ever be rear canoed this car is never going to be a show queen, its got patina.

Some great cars on here! If anyone can recommend anywhere fairly local not to far away that does good work on setting these cars up (and is bookable on a weekend) that would be appreciated.
