Thought I'd take the opportunity to whore my little miata over here on the UK's up and coming MX5 forum (Well done Nick
).
I'd actually missed out on this car when it was for sale ~3.5 years ago, at that time I had a supercharged MK1 that I'd built up from near stock, and was at the cross roads of either plowing several thousand pounds more into it knowing I'd never get any of it back vs breaking it and buying a car already at the next level. Well when this car came up back then it assured me that parting my supercharged car out was certainly the way to go!
Scroll forward 2.5 years and I started pestering what was the current owner of the car to sell it and after 6 months he finally caved in and let me relinquish him of it.
Its got a spec list as long as Pinocchio's nose but in summary there is about 9 years worth of enthuseast ownership, its a UK 1.8 on 56000 miles.

Mapped just after I bought it by Scuzzle it made 280bhp at 1.1bar.

Lots More planned, I've got some flush bonnet pins to fit and can then get the bonnet sprayed along with the arches, rear bumper and GV rear pannel. Then a coolant re-route and 3.6 Type 2 Torsen to go in. Plan is to spend this year building it up to exactly what I want and next year do as many trackdays / sprints as I can in it.
