Sounds like a cracking car, did you do a forged Rods and piston build or just Rods. Trying to decide if pistons are worth it. Did you go for a bigger bore or oem. I'd like to get similar power specs to you eventually.
You considering a bigger turbo like a garret 2560 or similar to get that 300whp number?

It’s all forged previous owner did it with slightly oversized pistons. Also go overbore imo. A 2560 would certainly help from 6000 as this starts to tail off then and in 4/5th I tend to shift at about 6700. However the spook up on mine is phenomenal tbh I’ve driven a few td04’s 2560’s and vf’s And they are all at least 600rpm later than this! Cheeky video from Bailey sprint at goodwood, much fund and found 5th gear limiter out of fordwater!
