Lots of further prating about since my last update! Photo from the track session round silver stone at Trax in September - first proper session giving the car some stick and it seemed to go fine until the T1R's went off! Finally got round to finishing the under tray, now made from 2mm ally and works a treat! Just need to drill it all so I can fit the Spliter to it. Bought another brembo set up to replace what I had, the Goodwin disks were lovely but having to get replacements from the states was a royal PITA especially with the exchange rate the way it is now, so fitted this little lot on friday and knocked about 40 miles up in the evening so I could take the car to an autotest at the weekend! Had a complete blast with the local car club - 14 mx5's in competition, much funs!

Thanks Alex, Yep the 280mm corrado set up from Freaky Parts, I did look at his belled option he now provided but almost £300 more and TBH the bells didn't look all that special. It did come at a cost of about 1.6kg per corner over what I had before, but I can't notice it - if I was hung up on unsprang weight then I wouldn't be running gurt ol' 15X8's

(I've got the same setup) BTW what spacing are you using and what ET are the wheels ? I've only got one set of rims that fit over these without spacing.

Do you by any chance have a stencil for your splitter? I wanna do exactly the same thing, and im looking at doing it this weekend if you had a stencil or measurements that would be awesome!

I do mate (Anticipate going through a few of them) but not sure how I can tell you the measurements tbh, its the radius thats important, I think by memory is 154cm wide and I just drew free hand a line parallel with the splitter about 80mm out.

Had a trackday on Thursday - First proper day in the car, was damp to begin but dried out quite quickly so was able to put the New wheels on with the Dmacks and put the car through its paces! Over all very happy with the Dmack's, it was reasonably cold (8degrees) and after a lap the tyres would be warmed up and stay decent for pleanty of laps! The new brakes were absolutely lovely too, felt very confident breaking down from lavant into woodcote at almost 135mph! Got some bits to do now though, cars running slightly Rich, and fowled one of the plugs after 3 sessions so need to get the car back to scuzzle now Ive had a few other bits done for a tweak on the map, hopefully get a few more PSI on the go and break the 300 mark! Also need to look at my catch tank setup, I'm suckig oil up round right handers.... Some photo's and video's because im a whore

Only 6 gear changes on your fastest lap. Bonkers.
I've only driven round there when mine was NA and I reckon it was nearly double that number of changes.
Cracking photos and video.

I love this car. Love your whoreness. I am a great believer in the massive wing. When done right on a track car it is awesome. That thing is a rocket ship
