Been wanting a miata roadster short shifter from the states for years but have never been able to stomach the $500 price tag, so after a few discussions with a friend I now have this!  Stainless steel machined from solid, it’s absolutely perfect and fits like a glove, reduces throw by about 45% and actually improves how direct everything feels! Would anyone else be interested in one, it would be about £130.   |

Ohhh very nice! Ive hankered after a miata roadster angled short shift for ages. Id be interested in one if you feel its a big improvemnt. Looks well made.

Absolute stocker of a day in Abingdon yesterday,even if it was a wet one, my self and 2 others had an excellent battle all in A5, me, a mk2 turbo and mk3 supercharged all took turns leading our class! End result for me was second in class and 7th over all!  |

It's a shame your body mods would exclude you from most hillclimb champs in road-going... be good to see you compete! I don't know if the classic marques cheaterchamps ( ;P ) Howard competes in would allow your car?

Classic marques woudl allow it im sure. To be honest you'd prob be fine in road going as I feel your unlikely yo get protested!

Yeah I’m yet to have anyone protest silhouette etc at any event! Never done a timed hill event, first and only venue I’ve done was Shelsey Walsh at retro rides 2 years ago!

Yeah A5 was awesomely competitive between us 3 mx5’s, we all had a turn leading the class throughout the day and hats off to Martin he pedalled that mk3 bloody well!
