I can't see the pictures but it all sounds on point. +1 Hopefully pics should be working now, if not please let me know. Damn Google Photos I like the "aiming to cap at 250" . I suggest you print that quote off, frame it, and hang it on the garage wall to remind you of you that when your chasing 300+ You're not the first to say this to me haha! Lots have said when you're FI you find yourself chasing the next power level real fast haha.

'bout time. 1. I've had 140-384hp in my car. Somewhere around 220whp/250crank is actually a sweet spot for me. Very much fun, quick but not crazy fast. Still usable on the street and 0-100kmh in the 5-6s bracket. Oh. Things do not break at that level. That said, I may just have to get a 400hp+ street map eventually. On track I'm perfectly satisfied with about 300whp. If you can keep it reasonable, it will be easier to live with

6. F.I Update
Due to local lockdowns meaing less time up the unit i've not really been able to do much. I managed to get some smaller jobs completed prior to complete lockdown, but mostly i've been stockpiling parts and making poor finiancial choices. I've had problems with images in the past so please advise if photos are not working I've been trying to work out optimal intercooler piping routes to work with the coolant reroute. Decided on a tyre setup also, I've gone for a 205/50/15 Nankang NS2R after coming highly reccommended for performace vs price. I've also been working on interior bits, so managed to get my hands on a IL Motorsports centre console and a Finecut type I shifer, so temporarily fitted that! Also managed to get some Laserdash KG style cluster facia, i've always been a fan of this look! Especially when paired with Revlimiter guages and Jass needle caps! Hopefully more exciting updates to come when its safer to commute between areas! Crumpets

Ah so it was you! it was your images that made me buy the Laser Dash surround, when he shared them on Facebook I'd recommend getting the Freaky Parts/Jass Performance gauge rings, really completes it and far easier to do now whilst it's already split. The Jass with lenses is the way I would go if I was flush. Well done on finding the fine cut shifter, how are you finding it? Car's coming along nicely.

Looking nice. Did the Skunk manifold need much fettling to fit? Looks like you need a new gear lever boot

That looks really smart and love those dials!! Thank you chaps! Thank you dude! Yes! I was actually the first to receive the panel after going back and forward with design ideas for weeks prior to the release of them! My photos were used heavily initially upon release! Just kept it under my cap until now haha. Plan is to probably run the Freakyparts rings such as you have, but I have a few other bits to get for the car first. I've only driven the car once with the fine cut just prior the turbo build started, and it was amazing! - Throw is only slightly shorter than OEM when you factor in the shifting point being much higher; it is the best of both worlds, OEM throw but a higher grip. Looking nice. Did the Skunk manifold need much fettling to fit? Looks like you need a new gear lever boot Thank you! Skunk2 Manifold was a right pain in my rear canoe. Lots of blood, sweat, tears, swearing etc. Had to order some 's' spanners to fit and borrow someone with small hands. Still yet to run with it on so i'm hoping I don't need to go through all that again haha. I do need a new boot haha! Let me know when it's a good time, and we will arrange that!

7. The finicky bits.
Now is where it's just the small jobs left to do to get on the road. There is still lots to do, but progress feels like it's slowed because it's all the job's you've been putting off . I'm finding it real hard to keep motivated but gotta' keep pushing through. I'm in the process of getting the interior sorted, AEM wideband is installed but yet to be wired up. I managed to find a real nice 90's HKS horn button too, i love the little details.
The intercooler is now fully plumbed in, and I also went with a DaveFab catch can. I was really impressed with the quality of the unit.
This angle also gives a good view of the fit and finish of the Whiteline ARB and drop links. You can barely see it poking through, but I also installed an IL Motorsports ARB brace bar & ARB mount bracing brackets.
I was finally able to roll the car out into the daylight and throw some water over it; the dust was making me sad haha.
Oh, photo has also reminded me that I managed to source a genuine dcuatro headlight cover!
Recently, i've been on the hunt for something a little different to the 'GV' lip that seems to be the go-to. It kind of just fell into my lap, but through a good friend of mine I was able to source a genuine HKS Kansai front bumper and Bomex skirts. They both need minor repairs and paint, but i couldn't help myself but to do a little test-fit.
^ I was also testing out the 2JackCustoms sequential LED sidelights at the time of the photo haha.
I can't wait to get this on the road!

Great progress again, it's really coming together now - that bumper and side skirts are really going to suit it

Looking wild! I'm also trying (and not currently enjoying) the 2jack lights on my turbo car. I like the design but there's.. there's problems... I washed my car and now it randomly stays in show mode and won't turn off. which means it drains battery and is a f-ing hazard to other road users. Also, you'll note, they've just come out with a v2 which is 'fully sealed and tested' lol. I just love it when companies do this. The warranty as stated is a 30 day one from purchase, but it was in transit for 25 of those days.. I've written them a few polite emails over the weekend (ok, it's Easter) so far stating the salient points but I'm going to start prarrie canoeting on them in public if they can't be Canoeed responding or helping me as the week goes by. They've done plenty of instagram social media instead of responding to me

Great progress again, it's really coming together now - that bumper and side skirts are really going to suit it Thank you suggs84 - Hoping to have it roadworthy by the end of May. Here's to hoping! I'm really excited to get the bumper and skirts colour matched. I've done a little photoshop to see what it would look like but I'm going to get it body coloured once the car is on the road, so I'd expect that to be June/July. I just followed you on Instagram at the weekend without realising it's you Cars looking great, really nice selection in parts, are you selling the GV lip? Thank you scottydugg ! Unfortunately not, the GV will be staying with me as the bumper and lip will be mounted to our 'Bumper wall' haha. Looking wild! I'm also trying (and not currently enjoying) the 2jack lights on my turbo car. I like the design but there's.. there's problems... Thank you atlex , So far so good for me but then again these haven't seen any rain. I'm unsure if I have the V2s or not but there is a lot of silicone around the joins; with what you've mentioned I will probably attempt to seal them up a little myself also. I hope they sort yours out, because it would be really $h!tty of them to leave you high and dry, they're not cheap units. Keep us in the loop.
