Bonus picture of it actually clean for once (even if it doesn't look it)

That is why I went sensible in the end on my sizes. Still, I'l admire yours from afar.

Quick shot of it at Retro Rides, good day out, wish I'd booked in for the hill now though! Onto rewiring behind the dash, and figuring out how to bin my aftermarket alarm.

Finally got round to removing the dodgy battery draining aftermarket alarm, gave the wiring a good tidy up behind the dash also (some idiot forgot to take before pictures...) Biggles the bear just hanging out with no dashboard. Tidied up wiring, now only the two headunit plugs, the dab antenna and a spade connector for the clock backlight. The offending culprit, 1kg of battery killing dead weight.

Nice work! Having just tidied my centre console I feel the pain you've just been through!

Thanks moca, definitely not something I want to do again! Cheers atlex, I do love the 13"s, just wish there was more tyre choice!

Few missed updates, sanded the lettering off the side repeaters a while back and polished the clouding off them. Also picked up some P5 rails but haven't had chance to fit them yet, not looking like I'll get a weekend any time soon either, so might have to wait for Christmas. Managed to get home last weekend and make the most of a bit of sun though, fairly sure I've got a balljoint on the way out as well, clunks when coming on/off the brakes, makes the same noise if you hit a bump at speed as well. Need to get it up in the air and give everything a wiggle.

Not a lot to update, but I finally took the plunge and ordered some bike throttle bodies, unfortunately it'll be a while before I get round to sorting them as finishing my Masters is eating all my time at the moment. Plan is to use silicon joiners to a cut down stock inlet manifold, try and keep the costs as low as possible. I might see if I can use the 3D printer to make some trumpets before I graduate, shouldn't take too long to draw some up.

Slight change of plan, managed to get my hands on some of the rubber points that join the TBs to the bike engine so I'll use them instead of silicon joiners. Made a start drawing parts up, still waiting for some bits to get here so not 100% on certain dimension yet, easy enough to go back and change them though. 90mm tall velocity stack:

Seen as it's clean for the first time in a long time, thought it'd be rude not to post a picture )
