It was never intended to be a huge or expensive project, but I have an eye condition which means I'm unable to drive for a lot of the time (at the moment). When I can't drive I'll potter about on the car to keep me from getting fed up. There's also no urgency to get it finished which is a double-edged sword as I often spend way too much time poring over details that really don't matter.  |

.... as I often spend way too much time poring over details that really don't matter. But those are the bits that really do matter! A special to me isn't that it hasn't got Meister CRDs, but that the bolts holding it in are clean, the washers are on, the paint around it isn't chipped....
A special is doing everything right, not throwing your wallet at it and riding the brand names. You've painted the inside of the ecu box - that's attention to detail!

teng tools, nice The Teng wing covers are great - nice thick covers with decent strength magnets across the top to hold them in place. £40 for the pair, but given that they'll be protecting my paint for years to come I thought they were worth it. |

So... I wanted this car to be a 90's inspired build, the turbo is only small at the moment, but if it get upgraded in the future the nitrous will help it spool.  |

That looks fun. How much power difference does it make ? As a rule of thumb a 50 shot will make 50bhp, which on a 10lb bottle will be 4 minutes of gas delivery. The problem is that its too much fun. It's so easy to get carried away. |
