Hoping to get over 215 WHP. Currently it's the standard 170. This is a fairly well trod path.

You should check out dynodaze YouTube channel they tune lots of k20 cars and give good rundowns of the mods and power results.
Once I've finally pulled the trigger on inlet and exhaust manifold I'll get my car tuned there.
Where did you get your rrc from?

RZCrew - they are mostly in Singapore but can drop ship into europe via France, making sense for me.

I port-matched the intake of the RRC manifold to the requisite 70mm today. .. looking good. not sure how to cut my gasket to match though. craft knife ?
went well, did the majority of material removal with the carbide bits and then smoothed it back with a flappy and a 'cylinder borer' I found that's actually designed for working on engine cylinders.
I might come back to it and clean it up further, but it's more than good enough now. imo.
I still need to clip the water feed bit that has to come off for it to fit.

I took a 70mm 'spacer' that I bought (cheaply off aliexpress) that I won't need, bolted in the gasket and took a kraft knife to her, she good now.

fitted the TB, gasket and so on up and it's perfect transition all the way through now. yay. one less job...

Never seen the words mallet and massage used together. But the RRC is the big boss inlet.

Done a lot of work this weekend.
Fitted a Kpro ECU and AEM Wideband and a catch can.
Got them both working.
Been out today driving the car and testing it.
Good times.
