Started to put turbo and cooling all back together.
Hopefully will get it done tomorrow. Would have been today, but managed to unscrew the bloody oil return fitting in sump and break the jb weld - so had to put that back in.

Drilled the holes for the rollbar and drivers seat, forgot to drill the holes for the harnesses. Found a hole that shouldn't be there Getting closer to being back on the road though, I just need to enlarge the holes for the abs wires, fit the rollbar, make the spreaders and fit the seats, fit the harnesses and refit the interior

Havent even driven mine today, someone else has it while I have theirs in my garage for a few repairs. Some courtesy car, eh! Yesterday though.. Fitted temporary repair patches to the holes in the soft top Refitted the steering wheel centre cap that was left off when I was trying to put a resistor in the airbag plug Tidied some low hanging wires under the steering column with zipties Swapped the wires around on the central locking actuators so the buttons on the remote are the right way around Gave it a hoover And then the missus came home and I had to do chores instead.

Got it running again after replacing turbo gaskets and swapping out power steering.
Was nice to hear it again...

Decided to have a look at my rattly exhaust/Cat heatshield so hauled my sorry rear canoe into the loft, retrieved the axle stands and trolley jack, went down to the car, realised the trolley jack is too high and the car is too low to get the jack under lugged it all back upstairs and into the loft again... Also realised that I've put my stubby aerial in 'a safe place' so couldn't even fit that instead! Gnargh!!
